#GivingTuesdayNOW is fast approaching!

The COVID-19 pandemic has created a crisis for Georgia's foster children.

Separated from their CASAs, unable to visit their families, and cut off from the support system that school often provides, these children need us more than ever to be there - even when we physically cannot.

On Giving Tuesday - May 5, 2020 - we hope that you will support our goal of raising $10,000 to provide:

  • Assistance and support to foster and biological families negatively impacted by the crisis.

  • Upgraded technological infrastructure to provide virtual training, including webinars and conferencing, and technical assistance and support for our CASA volunteers.

  • Ongoing volunteer training to ensure Atlanta's foster children receive the support they need so much in this frightening time.

Your gift will enable us to bring desperately needed hope, love, and stability to a child in need. Please help.

Maximize your donation by doing one of the following:

  1. Mark your calendar for Tuesday, May 5, 2020 – to donate to Atlanta CASA. The smallest donation of $10 donation allows us to compete for hundreds of dollars in extra prizes and matching funds.

  2. Create a fundraiser profile. Spread the love by telling at least ten (10) of your friends, family members, and co-workers about #GAGives on #Giving TuesdayNOW! Encourage them to visit our profile page between now and May 6 to donate. Ready to create your profile? CLICK HERE to get started.

  3. Promote challenge donations. Challenging others to donate or match your contribution to Atlanta CASA may influence them to challenge their supporters to give as well!

  4. Promote matching gifts. A matching gift is a charitable donation by a business that matches an individual's contribution to an eligible nonprofit organization, most often dollar for dollar. Consult with your employer about matching gifts, and contact us to learn more!

Your gift will support our work to provide a CASA volunteer to advocate for every abused and neglected child lost in the legal and social services system in Fulton County, Georgia.
